PHK Corporation, a Wyoming corporation (originally a New York Corporation formed in 2005 who no longer conducts business in New York and change it’s charter to Wyoming for more favorable tax conditions.) The original incorporator and principle’s have remained with the corporation. Over the course of the next few months we will be concluding our transfer to Wyoming.
